To provide the apt assurance that our range of corrugated boxes, rolls, pads & sheets we produce are of the highest calibre, we maintain a very high standard of quality control over our complete line of products. This includes quality checks at several stages, starting with the raw material (paper), continuing through printing, die-cutting, and finishing with finished cartons using advanced testing equipment. We at Flexibox Depot don't have the slightest tolerance for flaws in the quality of our final goods. Our comprehensive techniques to verify the premium grade of our products comprise stringent measures.

Raw Material Inspection

  • Ensuring that the paper adheres to the accepted atmosphere.
  • Ascertaining the paper's grammage as per the requirements.
  • Conducting the Cobb Test to measure how much water a piece of paper can absorb in a certain amount of time.
  • Verifying the moisture content of the paper using the oven-dried method at the time of sampling.
  • Test the paper's integrity to determine the overall bursting strength.
  • Using a calliper to measure paper thickness over a given area and under a given static force.
  • Executing the Ring Crush Test to determine the edgewise compression force needed to crush a long strip cut specimen.
